What is FUGO - Share To Screens for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
FUGO - Share To Screens is a declarative agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot. It lets you manage your FUGO digital signage network in natural language, straight from Copilot — ask which screens are online, see what is playing, build playlists, upload media, and publish content to screens without leaving Copilot. Every action that changes a live screen shows a confirmation card before it runs.
Before you start (requirements)
An active Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
An active FUGO account. This is a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) app — it does not include a FUGO subscription. Sign in or create a FUGO account.
At least one registered screen in your FUGO account (so the agent has something to act on).
Add the agent
Open Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Open the agents / apps panel and find FUGO - Share To Screens.
Add it. The first time you use it, Copilot prompts you to sign in to FUGO.
When prompted, sign in with your FUGO credentials (OAuth). The agent only ever acts within the FUGO account you sign in with. It does not read your mailbox or files unless you paste content into a request.
What you can do
Read (no confirmation needed): list spaces, screens and their online status, playlists and triggers, content, media and folders, dashboards, and space members.
Write (always confirmed first): create playlists and manual triggers, upload or replace media, and publish files, a live web page, or an HTML snippet to screens — play once, loop until you stop it, or add to the screen's schedule. Several items play as a rotating slideshow.
Example prompts
"Which of my FUGO screens are offline right now?"
"What's playing in the London space?"
"Upload this image and put it on the lobby screens."
"Create a playlist from my latest media and publish it to reception."
"Share this web page to the reception screen until I stop it."
Share an email or HTML snippet to a screen
The agent can take an HTML snippet — for example an Outlook email body — and reformat it to look good on a screen. Paste the HTML into your request, e.g. "Share this on the lobby screen, reformatted to look good: <your HTML>". The agent shows a confirmation card with the reformatted content and the target screen; approve it and the content appears within a few seconds. To revert, say "Stop sharing on the lobby screen."
Admin rollout notes
Assign users a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and ensure each has a FUGO account with access to the relevant spaces.
Write actions are confirmed per action, so users cannot change a live screen without an explicit approval step.
The agent respects each user's FUGO permissions — users only see and change the spaces and screens their FUGO account can access.
